Ordering & Shipping

Our preferred partners in the shipping of items are Federal Express, DHL and UPS.

Payment

Currently, we only accept payment via wire transfer and Paypal. Credit card payment can be done via Paypal as well.

Packaging

Most orders shipped out are wrapped in bubble-wrap before placing in the appropriate envelope for protection to give greater protection. In the event the books are too large for the supplied envelopes, they will be packaged and shipped in a cardboard box appropriate to the size of the book.

Q. How much will the shipping cost be and how long does it take to receive the order?

A. Peniel ships all orders via Federal Express, DHL or UPS so freight charge incurred will depend on which logistics company you engage your service with. Peniel ships all orders via Federal Express at a flat rate of $10 per book. This is the price regardless of the amount of books ordered.

While the actual timing may vary slightly, we are committed to delivering the books you ordered within 5 working days from the date the payment is received. Books that are under demand print or special orders may take longer and you will be notified immediately of this situation.

Please note that sending us the wrong amount of money for the shipping of your book will only delay your order. If you are in any way unsure of how much the shipping will cost, please contact us.
These are our normal shipping costs. They are subject to change for large, exceptionally light or heavy books, or for orders requiring special handling (insurance, delivery confirmation, etc.) We will contact you if we need to alter the amount you will be charged.

Q. When can I expect my order to ship?

A. All orders are processed within 24 hours of receipt and ship within 1 business day of processing. To expedite the shipping of your books in the case that all titles are not immediately available, they will be shipped separately from our warehouses. All orders placed on weekends and holidays will be processed on the first business day following the weekend or holiday.

Q. Can I track my order?

A. YES! Upon shipment of your order a confirmation e-mail will be issued. Shortly afterwards, a second e-mail is sent including the FedEx tracking information, which may be verified on www.fedex.com.
